What is a FUE hair transplant
Follicular unit extraction (FUE) is a hair transplant technique which is known as the most popular and successful technique in this branch. FUE is a technique in which you transplant the hair follicles from the donor area to the scalp, where the bald area and hair-loss is activated.

The procedure start
The procedure starts by taking the follicles from donor area with the help of the FUE punch machine and then place them in a special solution where we can categorize the grafts. After this, we place single follicles in the hair line in a zig-zag way, so it can look more natural. As a second thing, we start placing 2 follicles in the next row, and it continues like this till the crown area.
Procedure using Sapphire Pencil
During the procedure, using Sapphire pencil with diamond needle we open canals (holes) in your scalp and make sure those canals are as small as possible to make a natural looking hair into the scalp.
The most important thing in this procedure is to place the hair follicles in a certain angle. In the front line the angle should be 90 degree, in the sides (right/left) it should be 35-35 degree and in the top (crown) area in a roll path, 25 degree, so it can look natural as possible.

In the other hand, we pay attention to the number of grafts that are transplanted. We work with the maximum number of grafts. The Sapphire FUE technique has the pencil that is 0.5 / 0.4 mm that allows to place 40 – 45 grafts in a centimeter cube.
After Operation
